Refund policy

To request a return, you must contact us direct. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your item. Please do not reply to the purchase confirmation email or receipt email as they are both no reply emails and will not received. Please email us at returns@fourinarow.co.uk with your email and order details. A return authorisation and shipping instructions will be emailed to you. 

At Four In A Row we pride ourselves on making high quality slow fashion. We produce only small amounts of garments so as not to have overstock. We will have a waiting list for returned items so we must receive the garments back in the condition we sent them. Each garment is meticulously checked before posting. All returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition and in original packaging and tissue paper with all the tags attached. Please be careful when trying on items to ensure make up, deodorant etc does not soil the item.

Unfortunately we cannot cover the costs of returns as we are a very small business. Returns must be shipped with a reliable trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please ensure the item is insured for the full amount as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Import & Customs charges on returns will be deducted from the original sale price.

We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

If you require a different size, please reorder on the website and return original purchase as per above.

When returning from anywhere outside of the UK, please ensure you write “RETURNS DEPARTMENT” in the address and declare the goods as returns to the postal company. This will ensure no hold ups at UK Customs.
